We started our backyard renovation and the first phase was to work on our retaining wall. I contacted numerous contractors and had a few estimates. They were all competitively priced but each had flaws that turned us off. Lack of communication, lack of material presentation, and a lack of interest in our business. Jesse from TLC was recommended by a local material vendor. He came over with the co-owner Charles to my residence. Right off the bat, they were very professional and showed a lot of interest in our business. I shared with them our vision and goals of our project.
